The logic valve, also known as the taper valve, has two pipe
connection ports A, B and a control port C. The upper chamber of
the taper valve is connected with the pilot control valve, which is
communicated with the control oil circuit.
From the working principle, it is equivalent to A hydraulic control
check valve, when the control oil port C is connected to the fuel
tank, the taper valve is opened, and the two oil ports A and B are
connected, so the pilot control valve is used to relieve or
pressurize the C port, and the opening and closing of the taper
valve can be realized. The control mode can be divided into single
guide, multiple guide, flow control, electromagnetic control and so
on.
The combination of taper valve and small flow solenoid valve can
form a direction valve. The combination of taper valve and various
pilot pressure valves can form a variety of pressure control
valves. If the B chamber is the oil return chamber, the valve acts
as an relief valve. If chamber B is a branch of the connected
system, the valve acts as a sequence valve.
The valve body is placed in the oil circuit plate, the noise is
small, the vibration is small, the mechanical operation is stable,
the multi-functional characteristics simplify the needs of other
valves, and avoid the oil leakage caused by pipeline installation,
easy installation and reduce costs.

states, namely 0 or 1; Analog signals, on the other hand, are
continuous and can take any value within a certain range. Inside
the logic valve, the input signal is converted to a digital signal
for calculation, and the output signal is converted to an analog
signal output.
In addition, the working principle of the logic valve is also
similar to the logic gate circuit, through the input signal and its
own internal logic operation, an output signal is obtained to
control the system. The logic valve contains a plurality of input
terminals and an output terminal, each input terminal receives a
signal, and an output signal is obtained according to the logic
operation. For example, the logical operation rule of an and gate
is: if and only if all input signals are 1, the output signal is 1,
otherwise the output signal is 0.
