Solenoid valve spool is the core component of the solenoid valve,

The iron core is the main part of the solenoid valve core, which is
generally made of magnetic permeability materials, such as iron,
nickel and so on. The shape and structure of the core will affect
the performance of the solenoid valve. When the current passes
through the coil, the iron core will generate a magnetic field, and
through the action of the magnetic field, the valve core moves
under the action of the electromagnetic force, so as to achieve the
opening or closing of the valve.
The insulation sleeve is an insulating material sleeve installed on
the iron core, which is used to isolate the current between the
iron core and the coil to prevent short circuit and leakage.
The sealing ring is used to ensure the tightness between the valve
core and the valve body to prevent media leakage. According to
different working conditions and media characteristics, sealing
rings can be made of different materials, such as rubber,
polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and so on.
The working principle of the solenoid valve spool is to control the
position of the spool by controlling the current break, so as to
achieve the control of the fluid medium. When an electric current
passes through the coil, the resulting magnetic field attracts or
repels the spool, causing it to move. When the current is
disconnected, the spool returns to its initial position due to
spring force or other mechanical force. By controlling the on-off
of the current, the periodic movement of the valve core can be
realized, so as to realize the on-off control of the medium.
