Development process:

• The operator activates the hydraulic cylinder of the support arm through the console or remote control, and the hydraulic system begins to supply pressure.

• The hydraulic cylinder begins to push the arm segments out one by one. Usually starting from the base, each arm segment is unfurled in turn until the desired working length is reached.

• The operator monitors the arm deployment process through the control system and ensures that each arm segment is positioned and angled correctly.

Folding process:

• When the concrete pump truck has completed a transfer task or needs to move to another location, the operator is ready to fold the support arm.

• The operator activates the hydraulic system through the console or remote control and supplies the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder.

• The hydraulic cylinder begins to withdraw, folding the arm segments one by one. Usually starting at the end of the arm segment, fold each arm segment in turn until the folded state is reached.

• The operator monitors the arm folding process through the control system and ensures that each arm segment is folded in the correct position.

During the unfolding and folding process, the operator needs to pay close attention to the position and attitude of the support arm to ensure safety and accuracy. The hydraulic control system provides precise control so that the arms can be deployed and folded efficiently.
